MEET THE OWNER

Hi everyone! Some of you may already know me, but for those who don’t—my name is Miranda Perez. I’m 24 years old, and I’ve been working toward building my own business for the past five years.

My journey started with handmade jewelry through a brand called Heavenly Sonrisas. Since then, I’ve tried out online printable templates, apparel, a photo booth business, candles, and now I’ve come full circle—landing on handmade accessories and expanding into handbags and more in the near future!

Cinnamon Chai is the brand I’ve been dreaming about for years, and I truly believe this is the one. But my goal has never just been about making money. Over time, it’s become clear how large corporations often put profits over people—raising prices, cutting corners, and forgetting about the very customers who got them there.

As someone who grew up with financial challenges but still loves to shop (thanks, Mom!), I’ve seen how unfair it feels to spend hundreds of dollars just for a logo—especially when it doesn’t stand for anything meaningful.

Cinnamon Chai is different. I created this brand to offer high-quality products at fair prices while giving back to those who make it possible to even have the chance to give back, aka YOU! CINNAMON CHAI has an active Community Fund that I donate 25% of monthly profits to this fund. ALL funds will go back to you all, the cinnamon chai community that believes in real change and real community. Once this fund gross big enough, I will start giving back, choosing people who submit an “application” through our google docs which you can find in the bio of our instagram. 

In the future, I plan to create job opportunities and expand my mission to help even more people. I truly believe that with a good heart and enough support, we can change the world. That may sound like a big dream, but it’s what keeps me going.
